These glass struts are by far superior to what the factory used. They are much stronger than OEM and well made. I can see these lasting for years and years. They ARE exact fit though so double check your application before ordering. I highly recommend these.

I had to do the rear struts for my hatch several years ago, and the "OEM" replacements I have got didn't last all that long, and just a year ago they start weakening in the winter. As this is a giant metal hatch, it isn't ideal for this to fail in any way, as you could seriously hurt someone including myself!When I put these new struts in, I noticed they were a good bit stronger than the original ones that I had purchased for this. The tailgate flies up quicker in my opinion, which I like because the other ones were starting to get pretty slow in the winter.Great stuff!
