Product looked good and was well packaged. When I opened packaging, I followed directions to assemble product. I inserted into CD slot and attempted to fit Kindle Fire 7 into holder. The backing plate slid apart and I thought I had broken the holder. The plate is designed to slide off apparently. But like any plastic item, slide it off too many times and it quits holding. The second issue is the holder is too wide for the Kindle Fire 7. There is easily a 1” inch gap on the side. If you attempt to fit the Kindle into the holder long ways, the holder tabs interfere with the power buttons and volume buttons. Also, you won’t be able to plug in power.

Not really a big surprise but the weight of a tablet on a CD slot mount is not ideal. Not a fault of this product but just how it is.The fault in this product is the lack of tilt options. My CD slot, like my radio is on a slight angle. Because the holder cannot tilt, the tablet is angled making it slightly hard to see (specially if sunny due to glare). This could be overlooked or fixed with a anti glare screen protector.The real disappointment comes from the boucing of the tablet due to the angle. If it were vertical than the bounce would be minimal or none but the slight angle exaggerates this to the point it is unusable.Unfortunately I had to return and instead upgrade to a larger screen smartphone.

Holds phone, but don't let go to quick when getting it out, otherwise the piece comes off. Also with where the knob to tighten is located doesn't work well as other things are in the way to fully tighten and it get really hard before it is seated.But once you get it in and set, it does the job well.

Not a good design and not the best quality not mentioning the mount is unstable

The description of what this fits included the 12.9 Apple iPad Pro 2018. IT DOES NOT FIT THAT IPAD!!!!!! That is a false claim. The picture I uploaded is the clamp fully extended.

It broke down ather couple monts of use my table always falling down on the floor of truck

This product is a hot mess my tablet fell off ..the back piece came apart ...bummer
