Update : 1/17Seller reached out to me and they have helped out with the issue. This is resolved now.Initial Review:We just received this Chandelier and we were very excited to put it up but it does not align well and doesn’t give the right look we were looking for. I really hope we can resolve this. Otherwise chandelier itself is beautiful..

Beautiful chandelier
We love it! Was perfect for our entry along with the matching wall sconces. The seller was kind enough to send us an additional down rod because of our ceiling height. Very satisfied with the product and the customer service!

Beautiful but too heavy
Few rods provided couldn’t hold the lamp. We did not want to take risk of breaking our islandReturning linear rectangular light.
