Excellent Read
I figured this book would be dated or about as good as any CRM book. After reading several others, I bought this one and it really surpassed my expectations by a considerable margin. We have already implemented a CRM but it did a great job of the planning, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of how it can evolve. I have a ton of highlights and bookmarks of things I am continuing to process about our implementation. I suggest it to anyone implementing a CRM who needs so thoughtful guidance.

Concise and well written.
Very good overview of CRM’s function in business with general guidelines in how to ensure successful implementation. I am shopping for ERP and CRM now, with no prior experience. Reading this over 2 days really helped.

A thorough, informative guide to a complete CRM. No more information / department siloing!
Mr Helgeson has done a very good job of dissecting the many aspects of customer relationship management and spelling it out in comprehensive layman terms. In general I find these kind of "how to" books to technical or dumbed down but thats not not the case here, From the beginning definition and overview of CRM to the more advanced functions such as marketing and sales automation, lead scoring and predictive analysis to ticketing and customer support the author affirms the importance of a "Complete CRM", where all possible client data / interaction resides in one place. I recommend this to anyone tasked with finding a proper CRM for their company as well as any CEO, salesman or marketer looking for information on how to get the most out of a CRM product.
