The neck brace is made of foam and is secured with Velcro straps. Don't be deceived by the foam - it is not pliant but quite firm. About 3 inches in height and about 1/3 inch thick, it provides quite a bit of support for the neck. It feels comfortable and there is no abrasion on the skin. For the past week I started getting neck pain towards the evening hours. The Coxoa neck brace helped quite a bit by limiting neck movement, and when the chin rests on the foam, the other end props up firmly on the upper chest, relieving the neck muscles, providing comfort. It looks durable and is washable. Recommended!

This collar runs a little small, making it difficult to fit on.

This is a good item but did not meet my needs. I expected a higher quality product.

It didn't stop my snoring.

From my wifeI suffer from neck and back pain and needed something to keep my neck straight. I didn't think it was too hard but felt snug around my neck, as it should. It's easy to put on and take off and I thought it was perfectly soft to support my neck.

The inside foam is very stiff, which makes the whole cuff is pretty hard and stiff. The velcro strap holds well and is easy to manipulate. I had a difficult time getting comfortable with it on through the night, but that may not be the fault of the cuff, or I just may need a different size. It did leave red marks on my neck the next morning, but again, that may not be the fault of the cuff, I may need a different type and different size. Overall I did not awake with the pain in my neck that I usually have, so I think this item will function well if it's the right fit for someone. It is light, and easy to put on - Just not the right one for me!!!

Wife was having issues with her neck and it was recommended she add some pain relief ointment and brace her neck everyday for sometime for relief. So we got this and she liked it for the most part.This brace is comfortable and does its job without making you feel like you're being choked. The chin indent is perfect, keeping your jaw in place without forcing it upwards. It's easy to put on and take off, and the foam, while firm, provides excellent support without causing abrasion.One small issue is the sizing. I seem to be in between sizes, but I managed to make it work by adding extra velcro so it wouldn’t move. Can be used while traveling to sleep so your head isn’t like a bobble head doll.She will continue to use it and I will update this review.

This neck brace is comfortable to wear and yet supportive. Wearing it ensures that your neck movements are limited, so any injuries or sore muscles have ample time to heal. The neck brace has plenty of adjustment to accommodate a variety of neck sizes. The material is soft against your skin so no irritation occurs. Overall, very satisfied with this product.
