nice chocolates, but one specific one wasn't there and slightly expensive
Premium Vegan Chocolate Gifts Box, 28 Dairy Free Chocolate Selection Box (410g), Lactose Free & Gluten Free. Ideal Luxury Chocolates Gifts For Women, Vegan Hampers, Birthday Box, Vegan Sweets, EasterThis product comes inside a cardboard box; inside the box, you'll see this cardboard tin filled with chocolates - they are vegan; this, however, doesn't change the fact that they taste a lot like regular non-vegan chocolate. As of the review, this product costs £15.99 and includes roughly 28 chocolates, which makes each chocolate worth £0.57; I think this is a reasonable price, not excellent, but not incredibly bad, but when considering it being vegan, this is a reasonable price. The product has quite a few different flavours. Unfortunately, the box didn't come with a specific one, which means I couldn't try all of them (the triangle one was missing); however, out of all the ones I tried, my favourite was definitely the cookies and cream one, and then the coconut one - they were both very creamy (in terms of texture and consistency) while eating, both tasted amazing.I liked the coffee one the least - I'm not a big coffee gal, but the liquid inside was smooth.I have to recommend this product.

Nice chocolates but expensive and much smaller than you think
First things first, the chocolates are lovely. Every one we tried was tasty. These are supposedly vegan/plant-based, but as a non-vegan, I can confirm they still taste great. Milk, apparently, is overrated! The box is nicely designed and sturdy enough. It's *much* smaller than you think though. If you buy this expecting to have a Quality Street-sized tub, then prepare to be disappointed. You can fit this in your hand. Still, they do advertise exactly how many chocolates you get (28 in this case) so as long as you know this in advance, smaller packaging isn't a big deal.In terms of value, it's too expensive in my opinion. Yes, you pay the vegan tax and yes, everything looks/tastes great. But £15 (with voucher) is a lot of money to pay for such a small amount of chocolates. If you can afford it and want a nice gift for your vegan friends, then I'm sure they'll be more than happy though.

I loved the packaging on these. The cardboard drum is high quality and a good thick board has been used which means it is reusable (sewing supplies anyone!). The lid fits well - tight enough not to fall off if you invert the packaging but not so tight getting it on and off becomes a whole experience in and of itself. All the chocolates are individually wrapped in shiny foil. However, they do not match the images on the package or on the fold out card "map" that is included. For instance:Snap Me is shown as being wrapped in orange and having twisted ends, in the package it actually an orange wrapped log with no twisted ends.Tease Me is shown as a tall, tiered chocolate in a gold coloured foil and in reality it is small and squat with three very small, thin layersI'm also not a fan of some the names on these, I'm no prude but some of the sail a little close to the wind. The chocolate is more of a dark blend which is to be expected as they are non-dairy. I love a good dark chocolate but these taste more like the cheaper advent calendar chocolate. Now I love me an advent calendar chocolate but not at the price these sell for.I have tried all of the individual chocolates, for some reason I had much more of the Date Me Balls than any of the other 9 flavour profiles included but I did have at least 2 of each variety.Milky O's - solid block of chocolate, nothing special tasting but does have quite a lingering aftertaste of cheap, mass produced festive chocolate. 4/10Baby I'm Blue - Supposedly lavender and chamomile creme type filling. The filling is very soft and does not have much flavour to it when combined with the taste of the chocolate. 3/10Dangerously In Love - Soft, almost liquid centre. Reasonable coffee taste that pairs well with the chocolate and is robust enough to not be overpowered. 6/10Tease Me - Solid chocolate with small honeycomb pieces. No flavour of anything but chocolate but you can see the tiniest pieces of honeycomb, the tiny pieces mean you don't even get much of a texture change just the odd burst of sweetness. despite this I quite enjoyed this one. 5/10Snap Me - Lumpy log shape with an almost creamy coconut wrapped in a very thin layer of chocolate. Lovely coconut flavour and no nasty dry chunks of dessicated coconut. Definitely my favourite. 8/10Date Me Balls - Very runny caramel so best eaten popped whole into the mouth otherwise it dribbles out. The caramel just tastes sweet with no real caramel taste against the chocolate which overpowers all as the base is quite thick. 5/10The Cookie Muncher - The texture of this one is awful, if you like cake pops you will probably like this one as texturally it is very similar. The largest chocolate in the box as well and I just couldn't get any particular flavour out of it because I just couldn't get past the "crumbs mixed with icing" texture. 1/10Popped Cherry - Really disappointed with the very mild cherry flavour. The interior is a white creme that is very floppy and just a hint of cherry flavour, I was hoping for a more "cherry liqueur" burst of flavour. 2/10Heart Breaker - Beautiful citrus aroma that hits you as soon as you unwrap this chocolate. Almost solid chocolate with shards of almond in. The citrus flavour is background and the almond is too thin to even provide a bit of crunch or texture difference. Sadly overpromised and undelivered when you compare aroma to actual flavour. 6/10Overall a disappointingly bland selection of chocolates, textural issues with the filled ones (apart from the coconut). Maybe the actual chocolate flavour is normal for this type of chocolate and as these are the first I've had I genuinely wouldn't know.If you are looking for a gift for a very special occasion for a Gluten or Lactose Intolerant person these would be a nice treat to get them as there really isn't much to choose from in this particular niche. However, the ingredients list states that there may be traces of milk so not truly suitable for Vegans despite being marketed as such. The packaging doesn't claim to be suitable for Vegans either but for some reason it is marketed as such. If I was Lactose Intolerant I'd run the risk of "traces of milk" but if I was a Vegan I wouldn't.

Delightful Box of Vegan Chocs - didn’t last long!
I really liked these - well, a couple of pals were visiting when they arrived, so I (rather begrudgingly lol) shared them. We all enjoyed themI always try to eat vegan chocolate- and occasionally make my own cacao chocolate bars. So much less of the nasties in the ingredient list. What I liked about these chocolates is that they are not overly or synthetically sweet. Personal preference, I myself, found the flavours a little too subtle. I prefer stronger flavours, but my chums found the flavours just right. This box was fun, a bright and playful box - eye catching. Would make a good gift too. The chocolates inside, all flavours, were all enjoyable. Good size chocolates and not all uniform like mass produced ultra processed chocolates tend to be.I think as they are so well presented, and vegan, they are good value. Yes, more expensive than mass produced ultra processed chocolate, but these look made with love and care.I would certainly order this brand again and give as a gift. Can happily recommend.
