They refuse return even tho there’s a problem with their products.
I purchased this smart toilet June 27th and received it defective. It would not flush. I tried to reach out to the seller for return, but they refused due to shipping costs. I have still neither received my refund or respond from the seller. Extremely poor and bad costumer service!

Great looking
This smart toilet is Great quality and performs very well. This design fits perfectly in my bathroom. The heated seat and customizable settings is good and the Installation was easier to install than I thought. Overall, highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom experience! Love it
