Amazing Softshell Jacket - Great Price!
Terrific well made softshell parka. The parka is lightweight with fleece lining that will keep you warm. The hood has cord adjusts for a proper fit and can be folded up and stowed if desired. Numerous pockets throughout and underarm vent zips. You cannot go wrong with this $50.00 jacket and is true to size. The lining should keep you warm into the 50s. For more warmth, consider layering underneath, such as a Magcomsen Puffer Jacket. The combined jackets will easily keep you comfortable below freezing.

I love this jacket. Great in the rain.
I love everything about this jacket except the fact that I believe it has cheap zippers. The fit is great, it's actually warmer than my other (previous) rain coat, and it's got loads of storage space. Plus, it looks great.I don't need the velcro patches on the arm... I've done my time in the service, and don't need to be a poser. This is a great foul weather jacket. The hood is particularly great, and this will certainly keep you dry.

Have learned to love it
This jacket is really growing on me. I initially ordered an XL and was swimming in it. It was much too big. Replaced with a Large and that was a little too tight. European/Asian sizing is different than USA sizing. But there was no in between with the XL and the Large; the XL was way too big and the Large is a little small. Since losing some weight it fits better-still a little tight, though. Will continue to loosen up as I continue to diet.At first I decided all the pockets and zippers (9 total) were silly and just added to make the jacket look cool. They're actually pretty useful. The arm pockets hold my iPhone 11 perfectly, and the wrist pocket on the left side is the perfect size for cards and cash. I don't carry a wallet and don't like heavy things in my pants pockets pulling them down. You can stuff your hands in the two stomach pockets when they're cold. The armpit zippers let hot air out and cool air in. Sweating in cold weather can be dangerous. There is a rather large two-zippered pocket in the back at the bottom of the jacket. What a useful place for a "storage" pocket. And its huge. You could easily put some survival gear in there, like a knife and lighter and emergency blanket, etc. This jacket could act as somewhat of a backpack itself with all the stuff you could cram into it. Or you could just carry oversized everyday items in it.The back of the jacket comes down a little farther than the front, providing extra coverage for bending over and sitting. The hood has a little bill on it for extra rain coverage. I wear a baseball hat to keep it out of my eyes. There are barrel tighteners on each side to tighten it to your head. The hood can be rolled up and secured with the wide built-in Velcro strap, then the hood becomes a collar when it's not raining or snowing. There are two more barrel tighteners along the waist if you want to keep your core from losing heat. With all the zippers this could conceivably be a three-season jacket. Will have to test it in the summer when raining.Have worn this is steady rain and snow and is absolutely waterproof. The only negative thing about this jacket is it's loud. It crinkles and snaps as you walk around. An excellent $50 jacket that took me a while to appreciate. But I'm loving it now.

Sheds water well. Keeps wind out.
The media could not be loaded. I love everything about this Tactical Jacket. Fits perfect, looks great. I can cinch the waist, hood & wrist to keep the wind out. The hood is perfect with a stiff visor that won't fall over your eyes & will shade me from sun. My entire neck is wrapped up to my chin for warmth. I ran water from the sink over the jacket several times & the water just rolled off (see video). The exterior is not soft like a sweat shirt, it is a tight weave with a stiffer shell that will whistle if it is scraped against bushes. You can even hear it crinkle a little when you move around which is fine by me because it stops wind & rain. I only tested it in 47 degree weather so far. With just a T-shirt on I sat still in a chair in the dark, there was a slight breeze. After 10 minutes I could begin feel the cold air penetrate my sweat pants but my Tactical jacket got warmer because the air could not escape. I live in Massachusetts. I can't wait to try it on a cold November day with rain, snow & wind. I will edit my review when I give it the November test. I recommend this Tactical Jacket.

Not true to size
I received the jacket and immediately tried it on. I'm 6'1'' 240lbs this jacket was way to big. In particular the sleeves ran way past my hands. Perhaps if you planning on wearing several layers and aren't bothered by long sleeves ot would be fine. Aside from the poor sizing the jacket is comfortable and well made. Unfortunately the seller doesn't allow exchanges and I need the jacket now not in 2 weeks. So consider that when purchasing

Zipper
Main Zipper broke just after the return window closed. Velcro wrist straps don’t stick. $55.00 for this coat was a waste of money. Cheap. And to me $55.00 isn’t cheap.
