Awesome Product
I use my laptop charger to power the Pinecil and it's an amazing device, heats up in about 5 seconds and is ready to use, the days of slow mains soldering irons are gone, get one of these you won't regret it!

Great product
Heats up super fast and has a great feel not being heavy. Just make sure your power supply is up to it.

Not great. Tip died straight away.
I wouldn't recommend if you're serious about soldering. Tip died after a few uses. Switched to ts1200 and wow, the difference is huge. As they say, buy cheap, buy twice.

Small, Smart, Quick and best of all Open Source!
Quick heat <15sec, easy to use, clean and clear digital readout. It will put itself in sleep mode if not in use for a while like in a holder then when you pick it back up it instantly wakes up and heats back up to set point. If you leave it long enough it’ll auto switch off too.Multiple ways to power it either DC 5525 jack connector or USB-C just make sure the power is correct as per the manufacturer guidelines. You can even run it off a PD power bank.Easy to change tips with good availability you can use OEM or standard TS-100 tips.Genuine product, many copies out there but this is authentic. You can check your serial number on the manufacturers website to be certain.
