A great formula for digestive support!
Probiotics are foods or supplements that contain live microorganisms intended to maintain or improve the "good" bacteria (normal microflora) in the body. Prebiotics are foods (typically high-fiber foods) that act as food for human microflora. Probiotics contribute live, beneficial microbes to the populations within your gut and elsewhere, in order to strengthen those communities. They're meant to prevent and treat dysbiosis, an imbalance or a deficit of beneficial microbes in your microbiome.A common question about probiotics is whether it is ok to take probiotic supplements every day. Whilst there may be a few exceptions to this rule, the general answer is yes, it's safe, and usually recommended, to take them daily. It's important to understand that probiotics are a natural supplement and not a medicine. This 30 servings probiotic formula is a great way to try the potential benefits for yourself. It is stated to be domestically made at Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility. GPM is a system for ensuring that pharmaceutical products are consistently produced and controlled according to high quality standards.

Taste awful but probably work
These gummies really don’t taste good. But I figure that must mean they work, right? I think they do. I was fairly regular prior to starting these and if anything that has improved slightly over the last several weeks. I also noticed I’m able to tolerate small amounts of dairy that previously would’ve caused an upset stomach. So yeah this has gotta be because of the probiotic right? Assuming it is, 4 stars here. Would be 5 if not for the taste.

Tasty Supplement
This product was everything I was looking for in a probiotic. The gummies are easy to chew and very tasty. There isn’t an aftertaste which I have noticed with similar products. The packaging is good and the product well protected. A good value for the price.

Not the best flavor
I have tried multiple probiotic products in the past but have not tried any gummies. I thought these gummies might be a good choice for younger people or anyone who struggles to swallow capsules. Unfortunately, I could not get used to the flavor and would prefer to use probiotic capsules which are usually cheaper. The texture is extremely soft with almost no chew, and the flavor is a dull berry taste. Sometimes the gummies dont taste the worst, but other times I notice a strange flavor along with the berry taste. It mat be the licorice root they added but it made the product unappealing to me.

Good taste, a lower level probiotic, not too sticky, has sugar
I am a health nut and a firm believer in the importance of probiotics to maintain a healthy gut balance. They say "all health begins in the gut!" and there is some truth to that. I especially liked these because they are gummies and I get very tired of swallowing pills. However, they do have sugar which is a major downside. I wish they would make these sorts of supplements more commonly with stevia or monk fruit. They do taste great though, which is wonderful! My children love them too, and they are a small enough amount of CFU's for them to take them safely as well. The fact that they only have 5 billion CFU in them is a little discouraging because one needs way more to maintain a healthy gut balance, however, every bit helps. Furthermore, if you consume a probiotic with a higher level of CFU's you run the risk of not tolerating it well or experiencing unpleasant fasting symptoms. Other than the sugar, which really isn't too much, I highly recommend these.

Good to have!
Seems to do its job a couple days of use and the taste is good! Nice looking also. Gummy is not bad to use and comes in nice bottle.

Tastes horrible, does nothing
So a lot of supplement gummi bears are saved by one of two things. First, they might taste good. Second, there might be some even remote plausible mechanism by which the claims on it might be viable. These gummi bears taste like absolute trash. It's like licking a trash can. The flavor is actual garbage. You might as well lick the ground to get probiotics rather than to eat these.Beyond that, there are no health claims on this product other than the generic 'probiotic' wording that is hoped to trick people into thinking they need more biotics or whatever. You'd maybe be better off eating bionicles. This is a gummi bear, and anything probiotic isn't small enough (since it's demonstrably biologic) to be absorbed across membranes in your mouth. That means it makes it to your stomach, where it's instantly killed by stomach acid.Let's say you have a stomach acid deficiency. Maybe some of this makes it to your intestines. It's not lasting long there, either. The places you're trying to get this gummi bear are so deep through your GI system that it's laughable to think that anything is going to happen. If you actually have a problem with your gut bacteria, see a doctor. Guess what they're not going to give you to treat that? Poorly made gummi bears that taste like garbage.

Tasty gummies
I was taking probiotics for quite some time, but I really struggle taking pills. So eventually, I stopped. Gummies are one way that I can take vitamins and supplements and not have the fight with swallowing pills. All I ask of gummies is that they have ingredients I want to take and taste good so that I'll actually take them. Now these don't have as high CFU's as I was taking, not by a long shot but it's better than what I've been taking lately which is zero. I don't think they needed to add sugar. It's pretty sweet and could have gone with none or a less anyways. But they do taste good, so not only will I not mind taking them, I have to remind myself to only take the two... not a handful.
