I Have used numerous bands over the years(therabands in PT) and professional bands at the gym I managed.These bands are DEISEL!!Easy to use.Ignore reviews about handle issues as the company has redisnged these and they are Very sturdy.Super easy to change out bands/ handles with the large carabiners included.I'm done with free weights after trying these.Will be purchasing more in higher resistances.I purchased the 3, 7, and 12 lb. bands to use while rehabbing from a major shoulder surgeryWill purchase the 20 & 30 bands next and the leg/ foot adapters and bar to use for presses and lower body workouts as well.So light, takes up no space, very well made products.

I've been using 4KOR resistance cords for a while now, and they’ve completely transformed and intensified my workouts. My shoulders feel a lot less achey, and they also feel stronger with a greater range of motion. I'm very impressed with the fit and finish of this pair of resistance cords— The durable rubber gripped handles make these cords really easy to use. The safety sleeves make these cords feel a lot safer to use, I don’t need to worry about getting slapped in the face by a snapped band. The only potential negative is you only get the pair of cords, and the pair of rubber gripped handles, if you want to anchor these cords to a squat rack, the anchor straps are sold separately, they’re about twenty bucks. I’m still extremely happy with my purchase, I see these resistance cords lasting for a very long time. I highly recommend this purchase without any reservations. They met all my expectations, and more.

Okay, so I purchased the 4KOR 12lb straps to replace my Crossover Symmetry 10lb straps. The crossover symmetry 10s have been out of stock for a while and so I figured I’d mix in the 4KORs. After reading the reviews, it seemed like a perfect replacement option. Plus, the aesthetic game on the black straps was looking pretty strong.By way of background, I’ve been using the Crossover Symmetry Straps for the past three years. As a former professional water polo athlete, this system has completely rehabilitated my shoulders and kept them bulletproof. The system has worked wonders and I highly recommend working in any type of strengthening program like 4KOR or Crossover Symmetry.First off, without a doubt the 4KOR handles are superior in every single way. Absolutely love the grip texture and feel. These handles make the workout an absolute pleasure. I’d take those over the crossover handles anytime. However, the tension is not the same. In point of fact it seems to be much less than my crossover system. Truth be told these 12lb 4KOR straps seem to equate to the crossover 7lb straps — they are much lighter than the 10lb crossover straps I had hoped they would replace. This is a huge disappointment, particularly as I was looking forward to adding these in because of the different weight allotments.If you’re looking to purchase the entire set, go for it. But if you already have Crossover Symmetry, or your looking for a little more tension in your straps, I’d encourage you to look at crossover symmetry first.

I am a baseball coach as well as physical education teacher and often bring the bands into the weight room for kids to use almost everyday.
