What string tension should i use for Babolat Pure Drive (2018)?

It truly depends on your game and hitting style. I love this string and have been using it for the last 2-3 years. For summer my tension is about 51 while in the winter (indoor tennis) My tension is 49/47. I’m a baseline hitter with a great lefty kick serve :-)

From research and personal experience I would never string a racquet above 50 lbs. Any higher kills the advantage of the poly string. A person needs to read about the advantages of poly stings and how to use them or you are wasting your time and money. High tensions increase the probability of tennis elbow. My basis for writing this is my years of stringing my own racquets and my local tennis pro's racquet. She fell in love with the poly string racquet (Wilson Juice 100) strung at 47M 45C. She is never going back to mid tension again (58M 56C) again.

what string tension should I use for my Wilson Blade?

String tension is a personal preference. They say if you want control, string tighter; for power, string looser. I use 62-65 for my strings in my Blade. But, I would ask your pro to advise you on tension that suits your game and string type. They have recommendations that are personalized for your game. This is totally an individual choice for string type, playing style, and racquet.

I bought these strings because I wanted to test out different setups to find my personal preference and find something that I enjoy to hit with. A friend recommended me to these strings and they do not disappoint. These are my top 3 strings all time and allow me to hit at a high level and last for a great deal of time. The spin potential and durability are amazing. However, the strings to feel somewhat muted on my setup, but thay could also be a mixture of my racket and tension. I would recommend anyone to try these strings out!

If I had my own stringing machine or unlimited budget for restrings I’d definitely use Hyper-G and cut the strings after each time I play. Plays beautifully for first 3 hours or so, then turns to mush.

Je déteste le fait que le vert fluo jure horriblement avec ma raquette (à dominante blanche), parce que c'est de loin le meilleur cordage que j'ai essayé, j'en essaye d'autres et je reviens systématiquement dessus parce c'est juste le mieux pour moi et mon jeu. 4 étoiles parce que ça les tuerait pas de le sortir en d'autres couleurs, depuis le temps que les gens le demande.
