As precious reviewers have mentioned, the lid comes off very easily - mine came off with the security seal still attached.The actual pot was sealed so I'm not worried about it, but anyone looking for a bottle with child lock - this isn't it.That said, the gummies have a nice flavour and texture and have just the composition I was looking for so I'm pleased with my purchase.

I’m not sure you can really trust what is inside this package. The label itself has lots of spelling errors, the packaging feels cheap and the cap easily falls off. The bottle came with some random black thing inside it which questions whether the environment in which these are packaged is even sanitary (see photo). It says the product is made in china but the company address on the website is a Peri Peri chicken shop on Google Maps and the contact number is a mobile number. Personally wouldn’t trust this seller.

I'm going to start this review with what I *DON'T* like about the product, as I feel it's the most important thing to mention.....These come in a plastic jar with a safety cap - which you'd be correct in thinking is a good thing.However, if you turn it in the opposite direction (as if closing it) it pops open! I've tried to demonstate this in my uploaded video.If that cap had worked properly, then I'd have given these 4 stars (with only the price counting against them)This is a major concern to me because of the first two things that I *DO* like about them.1. If you like pineapple, then these have a lovely flavour.2. They've as easy to take as chewing on a jelly sweet.And both those things could lead to a child wanting to eat them !!Putting that aside, I've actually been impressed with these.After many months of feeling tired all the time, I managed to get a fitness tracker which also monitors sleep. According to that (which I started using just before I started taking these) a good night saw me get 45 minutes of deep sleep. After a week of taking these it began to creep up, and after another week of taking them I'm now recording about 1hr 20 (with no additional total sleep). The timing of the increase makes me feel it must be due to the magnesium intake, so I plan to continue supplementing for at least another month after I finish this bottle to see if the improvement continues or increases further.
