I was having neck/shoulder pain issues for a while and figured as I hadn't changed my pillows in while that it was worth trying a new one. This was actually my second purchase as first pillow I tried wasn't right for me at all.This pillow is very different from the "traditional" pillow with its shape and firmness, however after about a month of use I can happily report that I no longer have neck pain!I will admit it isn't without it's flaws (depending how you sleep). It is perfect for back sleepers as it supports the neck very well. However, if you have broad shoulders like myself, side sleeping isn't ideal as it is not thick enough to support your neck.To over come this either have a separate pillow for laying on your side or add a thin "traditional" pillow underneath to slightly raise the height. Someone without broad shoulders may still get the support needed though.Please note it takes time to get used to! My first impressions were not good as it is soo different, however if you persevere you will get used to it and reap the benefits for a supported neck whilst sleeping!

Very comfortable, not quite as curved as the picture suggests, but overall happy an improvement over older pillow, and definitely woken up with less neck pains.

I was cynical ordering this as thought it looked uncomfortable and wouldn’t make a difference, but after weeks of neck pain for no obvious reason I decided to try it based on all the good reviews. I am SO GLAD! It arrived vacuum sealed and once opened it looked small, firm and a bit odd lying on the bed. I shouldn’t have worried, it was instantly comfortable to lie on. I had the best night’s sleep in a long time, and woke up with no stiffness in my neck. It’s now been 2 weeks, it’s not cured all my neck pain, I still get stiff and achey as the day goes on, but it no longer prevents me from getting comfortable or sleeping, and I don’t wake up with any symptoms. Brilliant pillow, cannot recommend enough to anyone struggling.

Have had a bad neck for weeks so investigated these types of pillows. Bought the bamboo one and left to reshape for 24 hours after opening it. Used it for the first time last night. Wow ! My neck feels so much better this morning. It does have a slight smell to it, which disappeared over the 24 hours it was left to shape and breathe. Would definitely recommend.

Didn’t help with snoring and make my neck hurt. I found it incredibly uncomfortable. On the plus side, it is well make and seems good quality.

Excellent quality, quite impressed considering the price. Found this very comfy to sleep on and alleviated my neck pain.

I had tried another type of memory foam pillow before without success so I was sceptical about the claims of the Ecosafeter pillow. I made the purchase mainly due to the good feedback .Like some other users it took me more than a day or two to adjust - probably more than a week. Since then I have been enjoying restful nights and deeper sleep and feeling the benefit of this in my waking hours. I would not hesitate to recommend this pillow to anyone, with the caveat that they MAY need several days for their body to adjust to sleeping in a more correct position. In our "instant satisfaction" society we tend to want quick fixes for everything. I am so glad I persevered with this pillow beyond two or three nights. I genuinely would not swap it for any other pillow now.
