Review is for the 6M-RGB&APP. Bought these as a gift but liked them so much I kept them. 6M just about fits a balcony which is perfect. Easy to set up and with the app you can use a timer, and set a million (almost) different colours and patterns, and set it to react to music. Note that the app is partially in Chinese and some colours aren’t accurate, e.g. yellow is actually purple. But easy enough to play around with it and I think you get a lot for your money with these.

Used it in the tent for camping to replace plug in fairy lights and really pleased with it. The string lights are nice and give light and then the main light is great when you need a brighter light. Lasted 2 nights without needing to be charged so couldn't ask for anymore

Genius idea, well made, well designed. The lights look great, reeling in and out is easy as pie. A hundred times better than any other fairly light string I’ve use before. Only slight caveat is that they do need recharging quite a lot, and so you need to ensure your string them up so the base unit is close enough to a recharge lead.

I got these to replace string lights in our tent. Used them on our last trip and they were great. Easy to setup, even easier to retract and store (no "Christmas tree tangles"!). Also some cool light patterns and effects. Really good.Beware the included charging cable though. I made the mistake of trying to charge my phone with it and maybe for 40% after using it all night. Only of any use for the lights.

Great product, very bright and versatile, the main light is perfect for lighting the tent and the string lights make it look so pretty, the perfect guide to finding your tent in the dark 😉. Great design saves lights getting tangled, I’m going to have to buy second set.

Bought these for camping but may use them for the Christmas tree too. These retractable fairy lights are so neat to store and having the option of one bigger light in the same unit is a fabulous idea. One downside is that when recharging a blue light flashes which is obtrusive at night so I'll have to find a way of recharging this in our campervan by sticking it in a light proof bag/box. I haven't tested the battery life of it yet. It's well made and imo good value for the design.

Received these lights, great concept and unravels great and woild have been fantastic uf the string lights worked, the other lights worked but not the string lights. Received a full refund, may try and buy some more as i really wanted these to work

These are lovely lights that are kept tidy on the wind out container. This also doubles up as a centre light if you want it.The only downside is they need recharging after 6 or 7 hours and are quite slow to charge.
