Bought this bag and loved it, well made and lots of little places to put things. 8 months in and the bag started to split at the handles. Contacted the seller and provided pictures of the issue, he contacted me with and hour and offered a replacement based on the images, The bag arrive with in a week ! What more can I say ... perfect customer service, seamless replacement! Thank you so much!

Flimsy
This bag came folded up so the base support was bent Ive tried putting it in upside down to see if that will help it regain its shape, very flimsy light material, not impressed.
