Liquid measure per pack after mixing ?

You add two cups of water for one pack. I often make half a pack and it’s a decent amount of gravy. How much it generates if you were to make the whole thing after some water boils off less than the 2 cups. Maybe a cup and a half ish ?

Pretty good

Tastes almost exactly like I'd want. One of few ways to get poutine in the states that's reasonably reliable and easy to make. I usually still doctor this by either mixing with chicken gravy mix or by adding a bit of ketchup. But it's not exactly the right flavor on its own.
