Good value for what it is. I can get it to work, but the misses struggles to get it to light the gas hob. You just need to hold it at the correct height above the gas burner rather then under it, and hold it steady while doing so

I had bad luck with wasting my money on utility lighters that fail (either right out of the packaging or long before the fuel runs out), so I bought this for lighting the burners on my gas stove. I can see the little spark, and when it works it's good, but there are many times when I just can't get the gas to light. I dislike running the gas in the time it takes for numerous failed sparks. I'll do them in sets of five, and I'll run through two or three attempts before I move on to matches or another lighter. I had good hopes for this little guy, because it was fuelless, but it's not reliable enough. I'll be buying another pack of Kingsford utility lighters, which are the only brand I've had success with.***edit*** It still doesn't work 100% of the time, and occasionally I have to pull out the matches, but this little lighter has really grown on me, and my husband is thrilled with it. Upgrading from three to five stars.

Product is as advertised. I rated 4 stars, because I found another kind that gives off multiple sparks in one squeeze of the trigger. This one only give off one spark on each trigger press. Th good is that it's long and skinny and has a little loop to allow hanging up.

Dear Seller, why are you selling this junk, this is good for nothing.I was trying to ignite a propane torch, but I could not start it from many try.Looks like the spark is too week.Please remove this from the market.Thank You,Steve
