Kava supplements are hit and miss sometimes. This one did exactly nothing for me. I am a regular consumer of kava products and this one did not measure up

I do feel like this was helpful with relaxation. I could only get about half the tiny bottle down due to the texture of the liquid as well as the taste. I was gagging, although I am not known for my ability to consume new tastes. The taste was just off and the texture was weird. If you don't have issues with that type of thing, you might like this better then I did. But I knew going in that it wouldn't be a happy taste for me as I do have issues. So this is more of a me thing then a product thing. I just hoped it would be a little better.The bigger problem is cost. There is no multi pack, so you pay $9 per shot. And while for an occasional spend, that isn't horrible, it is way to much for regular use. I know you pay for convenience, but selling as a multipack vs individual would be a much better deal.

Do not buy! I order a 5 pack on feb 6 it finally arrived feb24 & I took it on feb25. It made me feel sick. I’m experienced with kava & its effects. This did nothing other than make my stomach hurt. It has zero numbing effects in your mouth dose not taste like kave & has zero calming effects. Only effect u will get is a stomach ache. Not really sure what I just consumed but it was not kava. It was oily & no taste. Seriously don’t buy & Amazon needs to remove whatever this is. If I had the $ I’d send it off for testing. Very disappointing. I went out of my way to review the single dose as well so everyone knows not to buy this product. Like I said I’m experienced with kava this isn’t kava

The little bottle you simple shake up and then shot it. The shot liquid is a bit oily and slightly thicker than water. The flavor is bitter and a little chalky. Not pleasant and not something that I could see myself just taking on a daily basis. Perhaps if you mixed it in a smoothie or something it would cut the bitterness of the supplement.I observed after taking the shot that your mouth and back of throat are a bit numb for a while. It does take a while for the bitterness to clear your tastebuds. So I ended up just having something to eat to get that taste out of my mouth.Some benefits I noticed were calming and eased into sleep nicely.I appreciate you taking the time to read this. All in all, while this does seem to work as a sleep aid. The price point on this is just too high for a single or double does. You can purchase liquid drops of KAVA for about $35 dollars for a 30 days supply from competitors. Allowing a double dose per bottle of this product would run you $150 for the same 30 days supply. Not for everyone. Literally! This $8 Amazing Botanicals KAVA Shot sleep aid is not meant for everyone, and I am not the intended market for this item. I did the work I should have done BEFORE I bought this and here is what I learned: The Company Misson of Amazing Botanicals is stated as: "We have one clear goal in mind: provide the best quality Kratom for buyers who share the same respect for this wonderful botanical."Ashamedly, I had to look up Kratom and here is what I found: Kratom is a tropical tree native to Southeast Asia. Consumption of its leaves produces [sic] stimulant effects... So this product is made for people who regularly take Kratom. I do not. I don't even use caffeine regularly. This is not made for me.I use Kava Kava drops (in much smaller doses). I'll put this in an eyedropper bottle to approximate the same amount I normally use. This should last quite awhile.It would be unfair of me to rate this poorly. There is nothing wrong with this product. It just was not meant for me. Had I done my research beforehand I would have known that. Mea culpa.

I like Kava, it does relax me when I take it so I was excited to give this a try.The actual liquid has an oily feel to it when I drank it which was odd I thought. I drank the entire container and it did calm me and help me sleep well. I did not experience the usual tongue numbing which is normal with Kava, not at all.I found this tiny shot to be affective however it’s very costly for one serving.

Very small bottle at a premium price. Price is subjective but I expected better results. Very vegetable oily in flavor and mouthfeel. Drank the entire bottle with only mild calming effect, similar to what I get in lower dose capsules.
