This is my worst tech support experience ever!
I purchased a 12 TB unit in February 2024. In May the drive blew. It took WD 1 month and 3 weeks to find a solution. Their technical support is provided by people who are not professionals at all. This is my worst tech support experience ever!

Awesome external hard drive
Makes absolutely no noise and takes up very little space despite being 36 TB. I have it set up for backing up so its usable size is 18 TB.
