Ever since I started going to the naturalpathic doctor, I love learning about what natural stuff does to improve your health/body. This book is the way to go!

If I could rate a half star...I would. Can get more info from a simple Google search and they charge almost $15 ? Many other books on Amazon that are more complete and detailed for less.

Great book! Easy to follow and look up exactly what you need. I recommend it to all my friends that need to fix any deficiencies.
