Five-star review: The Warn 2500 winch (apparently factory-installed on my 2010 Yamaha “Grizzly EFI”) failed, so I needed to replace it. After studying the descriptions and technical details offered on the Amazon page, then reading the parts-list PDF and the installation-instruction PDF (both available on the Amazon page), I determined that the bolt-hole pattern of the WARN ProVantage 3500 Model 108216 matched that of the mounting plate on my 2010 Grizzly. Accordingly, I ordered that kit from Amazon on April 17. 2026. It arrived well-packaged ten days later, containing all of the items pictured on the Amazon page. (Note that although the word “Remote” is included in the main headline on the Amazon page, the remote control isn't included in this package. The “Specifications” picture at left of the main headline clearly states that the remote is “NOT INCLUDED”). Installation was truly difficult for me-- your experience is likely to be better. Anyway, my problems included: • The mounting tabs on the contactor unit didn’t match holes in my existing winch-mounting plate, so I had to drill a new one. • Maneuvering the winch onto my existing mounting plate was possible only with a series of twists and turns that were successful only after persistent effort. (I learned “the hard way” that this maneuvering must be done *before* bolting the mounting plate to the Grizzly’s frame.) • Routing the cables between the battery, the contactor, the rocker switch, and the winch motor through the ATV while ensuring that none came near a moving part or a heated part was challenging, The two battery cables (red and black) were too long for the layout of the Grizzly, so I had to bundle about two feet of each, then zip-tie that bundle to a secure place inside the wheel well. The same was true of the two cables (blue and yellow) between the contactor and the winch motor. (The kit included an ample supply of zip ties.) In summary, the product fits a 2010 Yamaha Grizzly, and the kit is well-supplied with instructions and everything necessary for a successful installation. –2026apr26(12:46 EST)-sls

I installed this winch on my 2019 Suzuki KingQuad 750 and it fitted perfectly. It’s a well made heavy duty winch and it has mighty strong pulling power…. The install was easy but wish they would have clearer electrical schenatic for installation. The one provided was confusing..

Quality wench that meets the expectation of Warn product quality. Purchased this unit to replace a 2500 older model that had seen better days. This unit was easy to install and works as designed. The Functionality is great and simple. The noise levels are appropriate and fairly quiet. It looks great and fit well on the existing Warn wench mount. Highly recommend this product.

Perfect! Same bolt hole pattern and came complete! Solenoids and switches, etc.. Never used those because my 18 year old switches and solenoids are still good but nice to know I have replacements. Good winch, the old Warn did well and took a ton of abuse and submergence. I highly recommend this product.
