When you consider you get two of these in the pack, it's a good price. The package comes with two enclosures with parts to attach it to your belongings. It's a bit of labor to put it together since it comes with the two part enclosure, a rubber gasket, 4 very tiny screws to close the enclosure, a backing for attaching, two larger screws for attaching the enclosure to the backing, and two hex tools for the screws. It took about 10 minutes to put it together and attach, but make sure you have good light. Those screws and the tiny and everything is black. There is a complete kit of spare parts for each of the enclosures. That's a nice touch. Keep in mind that you will need to take it all apart every year to replace the battery in the AirTag, so if you don't like the hassle of disassembling and reassembling, then you might want to look for something else. But for what this is, I think it is pretty good. A lot of enclosures are just loosely attached by clips which can be taken off easily and thrown away by someone who wanted to steal your belonging. However, with these enclosures. It's going to a be a while before someone can take it off because it's unlikely they're going to be carrying the correct size hex tool to remove it from your belonging. Anyway, this is a well designed unit. The tradeoff is the hassle of assembly for the peace of mind of security.

These Airtag holders are fantastic. They are waterproof and very strong. I stepped on one and it didn't cause any damage. They can be mounted on any strong material but probably are bested suited for mounting on web strapping or the like.The mount is attached by screws placed through the strap, I found it easiest to make small holes through the strapping with a narrow awl, then put the screws through. The Airtag is then put in with a gasket around it and the cover is secured with 4 screws. Make sure the screws are tight. Necessary tools are supplied along with extra gaskets.With the hold properly attached to a strap, it's not going to fall off, and if you place it in an obscure location, it may help retrieve the attached item even if stolen. These would be particularly good for attaching to dog collars, I suppose. What I like mostly about these holders is the difficulty it takes to remove them, hopefully a deterrent to theft, but in any event once I apply one, I know it's not going to just fall off.Of course with the difficulty of removal that I like comes the difficulty in changing the battery yearly, but all in all I feel it's worth it. These are great Airtag mounts and I strongly recommend them.

And they're small. Where's it supposed to go? If you put it in your wallet or pursue, what happens we you take that out of the bigger bag. This kit allows you to install a tracker holder in an unobtrusive place-- behind a tight strap, on the inside of a handle or shoulder strap, etc. It is super secure-- screwed on-- so it's not going to fall off and a crook isn't going to find it if you think twice where to install it. The kit has everything you need to install it, including the small tools. If you follow the instructions, it's straightforward. Make sure you pick the spot where you want it carefully; I don't think you want to remove and reinstall unless you absolutely have to. If you ride the subway or are in and out of a lot of airports. Good product for a specific need.

This is basically the same as the Citymore Air Tag Dog Collar Holder (1 pack) Waterproof Protective Case except it comes with one screwdriver for the larger screws and an Allen (hex) wrench for the smaller screws. It comes with extra gaskets, a total of 4 for 2 holders. The holder has a stylish carbon fiber appearance through which the air tag will not be visible.Simply insert the gasket and airtag and secure with 4 small screws. Self tapping scresw can be used to attach directly through the dog collar and into the plastic backplate to secure holder to the collar. An extra back plate (total of 4 for 2 holders) and extra screws are included. I like to attach a magnet to the tool so that the smaller screws don't fall and get lost.(I have a few nylon collars and prefer to make my own pilot holes. I heat the screwdriver over a flame and then poke a hole in the webbing. This melts the webbing and seals the hole. As always, take necessary precautions when using heated objects. Do not attempt this if you are not sure of your ability.)You can attach the holder without making holes in the collar. In this case, you would attach the backplate and hold the holder at a ninety degree angle. Then, thread the collar between the holder and the back plate. It was easy to assemble and appears sturdy. This unit fits the one inch nylon collars I have.

This tag holder gives me a lot of comfort and peace of mind, knowing that I can look at the location of my puppy on my phone. It was easy to attach her collar. it allows me to see her as she wanders around the property on my phone and gives me peace of mind, knowing that if she got out of the property, I could see her and locate her as well. The strong case has with stood all of her playing roughhousing and walks in the pouring rain with no problems. It still looks just like new, and the waterproof feature must be working because we have walked in some heavy Pacific Northwest rain and the tag is still working. Although it does add some weight and bulk to her collar, it doesn’t seem to weigh her down. I’ll definitely be buying another for other collars!
