Press on nails from amazon ( pink)
The press on nails were great and I like that they weren't like the ones in the stores they were sturdy and thick you hit them against something they don't bend like other nails I've had in really like these ones...

For the DIY Girlies
I love that I am able to do my own nails at home and there are so many options for me to do so. The nail industry is explosive and not in a good way lately so doing my own nails is a must for my budget. These are some really good full coverage tips. I love they are pre-painted and are designed specifically for black women melanated nail beds. They are a great length, I will be able to type and use my hands as normal when they are applied. They are on the thin side but not thin and flexible to the point of easy breakage. They are well-made, not too thick at the edge of the nail. They are thin and look to be easy to blend at the cuticle. The best part is they are etched on the underside of the nail so you don't have to scuff them up. I like the almond shape and the painted French tip is really girly. The color is pretty dark but looks natural for melanated skin. Some pre-painted French tips are light and painted for light skin tones that don't match us. They are attached to a plastic rod and the sizes of the nails are on the underside of the nails. It is very convenient to try them having the nails attached in this way than loose tips in bags as the sizes get mixed up. You can try them on easily and can twist them off the rod when you find your size match.I have a good application method of adhering them using the viral Beauty Secrets nail glue and strengthen them with two applications of base and top coat gel polish and curing them under the nail lamp. I noticed the gel polish firms the nails and makes them more durable than regular polish and the nail glue last me a good 4 weeks before I am ready to switch them up. These are good because I can use a gel glue to apply them which will last just as long. Give these a try, they look really pretty and like you got them professionally done.

Great Nails and Company!
I've always been a Una Gella fan and they finally have a French Almond shaped nail in a pink color (like acrylic) that I absolutely adore. I couldn't wait to put these on. Perfect length, shape, width and strength after you use base and top coats. (I always use 2 each if I'm not using builder gel) I used their tube UV glue to adhere them because it usually lasts me a few weeks before soaking off.Anyway....the nails are gorgeous. I will most definitely purchase these again! Una Gella fan for life!!!👍 👍

Ok fake nails...
These nails look nice but they aren't as durable as I thought they should be. And because they're press-on nails, they don't stay on as long as I would've liked them to, two of them popped off as I reached for a gallon of milk.

Nervous to use gel as an adhesive
I unfortunately don't think I'll be using these until I get some more nail glue out of fear of a gel allergy. I also think I got the wrong shade for my skin tone, so I will likely be painting over them. However, the nails themselves are made pretty well and if you have darker skin they'll look really nice. They come with a lot and the packaging is very nice.

Excellent longer tips, but be safe with gel!
I received these for free through Vine, but I have bought UnaGella products with my own money in the past, and used them with great results.I received the "A - French Tip" model, which is a neutral cover pink with white tips. I haven’t wear-tested these since they are long on me (see below) so I’m saving them for an occasion. What I liked:- They are well-made: they are sturdy but flexible, not too thick at the free edge, thin and easy to blend at the cuticle, and textured on the underside so you don't have to etch them- The almond shape and painted on smile line are graceful- The color is as shown in the product photos. In my photos, they look kind of beige/nude, but they are a nice pink with a hint of peach/neutral undertones. It's a very natural color.- They are semi-sheer at the cuticle, but will fully camouflage your natural smile line.- They come attached to a rod, which is more convenient than loose tips in bags. You can try them on much more easily. What I didn't like:- They only come in one length, and it's pretty long - the listed dimensions are slightly longer than the UnaGella M clear tips. On my tiny baby nail beds, these are LONG, but these will be perfect for people with longer nail beds and fine for average folks who like a longer tip.- The size numbers on the underside are very hard to read. That may be a plus for some people, since you don’t have to file them off. What you should be aware of:- These are meant to be attached with UV gel as an adhesive. This is a great method for wear, but it takes a lot of practice to do that without getting gel on your skin.(This applies to all gel products, and is not specific to these tips.)Exposure to uncured or not fully cured gel can lead to acrylate allergies, and these are no joke. If you develop an allergy, not only will you have to give up gel nail products forever, but you won’t be able to get some medical and dental procedures. If you want to try the gel method, research UV gel safety. The Nail Hub YouTube channel is a great resource. I unless you already have a pro lamp from an established pro brand (like Kokoist or Light Elegance), watch her videos on nail lamps. Many lamps will harden your gel but not cure it fully, which can still pose a risk. I’d be especially careful of that with semi-opaque tips like these, since less light can penetrate. If you don’t feel ready to use gel safely, these tips also work great with nail glue or adhesive tabs.
