Durable and adds color to my yard.
This is our second summer with this garden pin wheel and it's holding up beautifully. The colors have faded a little owing to it being in constant sun, but it works just as good as the day we got it.

Colorful and fun
This was fun to put together (you are just folding the petals over in a systematic fashion) and is very colorful in my yard. The plastic is pretty hefty, so I hope it lasts longer than the one I was replacing.

Festive for LGTBQ Pride
The media could not be loaded. Liked the 18”s so much I went back and ordered the 12”s too!Purchased these to decorate the front of my house for Pride month. It's super frustrating that these were the only rainbow pinwheels I could find (I did not want to pay $18 for them) but I digress. When I got them (fast shipping) I was pleased with the packaging (I was very much aware it would ship flat and require assembly) and quality of the matierials. Instructions that come with it are useless - the video included in the listing is mich better and very easy to follow. My only complaint (beyond the price - like seriously this is at most a $5 - $8 thing) is that for $18 the coupler into the ground stake should really be a screw in. In my opinion that's the reason for the flimsy'ness complaints. The piece just sits inside of the stake making it rather vulnerable to winds since the whole point to a spinner is to catch the wind. Before we set these out I'll have to go and fetch screw on couplers or fabricate a better in ground solution because $18 is too much to pay for something to be lost first decent wind gusts

Lovely spinner
This thing is HUGE... but it's also quite pretty and it does the job of keeping critters out of the garden so I'm happy. I have had it blow off in the wind but it was easy to piece back together again so that's great. Overall it's a positive addition to the yard

Large plastic pinwheel
Had to assemble this pin wheel, but it was very easy to do. Sturdy plastic and vivid colors, it was a gift for my grandson's front yard so he could watch it spin from the window. It also has a spike to easily stick into the ground.

Doesn't work
Just doesn't spin in the breeze or the wind.

Assembly help - and product update
I just received my pinwheel so I don't have a durability review yet, thus accounting for the 3 Star Rating. I had trouble with the last step of assembly that may help others. The video makes it look like the split washer and locking cap just pop on and fit together, perhaps one inside the other. It just didn't seem right to me - mine did not easily fit together. I called "In the Breeze" customer service... It seems that the split washer fits snugly on the pole. However, there is about ¼" between the end cap and the split washer. The customer service assistant told me that some people put some glue in the end cap to keep it secure, making sure that the pinwheel spins freely. In addition, I put some glue into the ground stake to ensure a solid connection with the fiberglass pole. Hope this helps and I hope this all comes together when I place it outside...When I first set up the Spinner, I put it next to an older spinner that I was planning to replace. The new Spinner didn't spin nearly as fast as the old one and I was disappointed. Since then, however, it is working much better - it seems to have "softened up" in the wind and I'm very pleased.

Colorful a plenty for a year before decaying from the sun
Pros: Made of hard plastic, has withstood high winds, good and colorfulCons: pinwheel changes facing direction in strong winds, rain, but can be reset easily.Update: 2017Cons: The sun is brutal on them lasting only a season or so before decaying. Two new ones put out this year 2017. All others broke apart in 2016.
