As a teacher of Autism and a mom of an Autistic child this product is so helpful in teaching children to breathe and remain calm. The functionality is exactly how it is designed to work. It is a little smaller than I anticipated but great for younger children to easily hold in their hands. The design is cute and so far the cloud seems durable. The material is soft aside from the bottom where the batteries go. Overall this was a great value for the money and has helped to redirect tantrums and allow for a mindful moment.

He's so adorable! Spouse has been having trouble meditating or doing breath work.lots of stress and difficulty holding the concentration. It's just lovely as a focus point and reminder of breath. Easy and fun to use. He's cute, and makes you smile when you use him as a focus. Okay, I admit I tried him out. And why he's a he I have zero idea.

Deducted a star because when I pushed the button to turn it on the battery case popped into the squishy case! Otherwise, this is a cute little tool, and I love that it’s squishy. I bought it for a calming corner and I gave it a go with my 5yo. It’s perfect for small hands! He was able to follow along perfectly. The timing of the breath in, hold, breath out was fine for both of us. Didn’t feel too long or too short. I think the most important thing about this little thing is that it’ll help him remember to breathe when upset and how to breathe (controlled, focused breaths) even if he doesn’t have the cloud with him.

The cutest things ever!!! It comes with instructions and is so easy to follow along, the brightness is perfect and it changes colors when it tells you to take breaths in and out. Very soft and squishy perfect for a nursery or a desk and the battery lasts forever! Great value for the money!

I bought 2 for my daughters for Christmas. Both girls suffer from anxiety and these adorable little clouds have really helped. They’re small enough they can stick them in a carryon or tote bag. The light isn’t very bright and it shouldn’t be as it is supposed to be soothing. The battery life is good and it charges quickly. It’s so easy to use it’s suitable for younger children. My daughters really appreciate their little clouds for guided breathing. They also like to use them to relax when settling down to sleep. My girls are both in their 20s.

Breathing cycle timer is completely inaccurate on this. The colors are appearing for much longer than they should, leading to us having to hold our breath for way too long. Unusable for it's intended purpose. It's a cute idea and looks nice, but it can't be used easily for calm breathing.

Help for anxiety after a trauma. Soft to hold, breathing marked by color changes, batteries only so it can be taken anywhere, great for a backpack or tote, silent for privacy, helpful to reach for during overwhelming moments. I would buy this for a child just for the calm. EDIT: I tried this a few times when not in anxiety and the breath was metered very well. In fact I felt better afterward even when I was already ok. When I've been in anxiety I felt the guide seemed too slow, but it isn't. Now I know to take time and let the breath follow the cloud even if it takes awhile. Very helpful.

Bought this for my son. It's been super helpful plus it's soft & squidgy so it's sensory too!

It only worked for two nights. I changed the batteries and it still didn't work.

I want to rerun this and they make it hard. I don’t have a printer and normally you can just drop things off with a scanned pic on your phone. Of course this one needs a printed off form. Not impressed
