Carlyle Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon | 60 Capsules

So far so good, I purposely waited 2 weeks to test this product. Background, 45 yo female prediabetic. 5’9 170 lb. I started product for holistic approach to help with A1C and hormonal wt gain. I eat fairly healthy and use treadmill every other day. I work from home now for past 3 years, noticed A1C increase from 5.8 to 6.2. With that being said 2 weeks of this product once a day I have lost 5 pounds and decreased BS by check 3 times a day only to review this product. Mind you I am prediabetic so my BS is typically normal with spikes only. My hormonal cravings are down, I snack less. For me I would not take more then once daily because I felt difference in my sugar being lowered to 90 which makes me fill fatigue personal. NO LOOSE STOOL side effect what so ever. Probably wouldn’t hurt in my case. So in all it took consistent 2 weeks taking once daily with good diet, minor exercise for weight lose 5 pound and notice of BS improvement. Can’t wait to have my A1C tested. I approve of this product.

After turning 55 I just couldn’t get the weight off even doing the fasting for 11 hours and I even workout 4 days a week . This product I started about 5 days ago and I lost 3 lbs so far it def has helped to curb my appetite and so far no side effects . I was worried about stomach pain because I had read the reviews but my diet has not changed so I take two pills after breakfast which is a smoothie and two cups of coffee . Then after lunch which is usually chicken and rice I take only one pill and then when I eat dinner , which is at work because I work at a restaurant I’m good for the night . I have tried over the years all sorts of diets and they don’t work for my lifestyle. Everything in moderation If you want to have a small dessert to treat yourself you should but in moderation. So far the product has been great . My only recommendation is to do what fits in your lifestyle so it’s not a chore it’s part of your everyday life

Hi,I purchased this Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon 60 Capsules Non GMO, Gluten Free. I take this daily with my Vitamin regimen. Always buy again when I get low on Capsules. I purchased this & it was not a free item for sure. But I’d love to be if you’re interested in an honest review. Love These❤️

Tried it but really didn’t see a benefit from using it

Helped with appetite. I just wish there was more bang for your buck. If they had 120 count for the price point I would have considered to keep buying it. You do have to take them twice a day to help with the appetite control. Switched brands due to the other brand I use now comes with 120 count and last longer. Same appetite control. Used this about 3 times before switching.

Used this week for the first time! Been taking in the evening with food!
