This is my first set of adjustable weights and I am very happy with this purchase. I have completed a couple of weeks of weightlifting workouts with these weights. I have had no safety issues lifting them overhead and they function wonderfully each and every time I use them. I can move very swiftly through my workout with these weights.I have no complaints, but it is fair to let folks know who have never used weights like this before, that you can expect a lot more bulk when using them. There are some exercises where technique may need to be adjusted due to their size. Also, goblet squats are a bit trickier due to the design. Overall, still safe and gets the job done.I highly recommend these.

You need to be somewhat careful with these as you cannot drop them like a normal dumbbell. That being said we broke one of the plastic mechanisms that hold the desired weights in place. I contacted the company and they replaced the whole handle for us right away. good service.

Well priced. Easy to select a weight. Great safety feature incase you put too much weight on.

For the price, nothing comes close. It’s having a gym in your basement! Great for all types of workouts, from curls to flys. Transitioning from light to heavy is no problem, seem less!
