Very bad quality
Very bad quality to much noisy ,shaking and keep moveng rpunding rounding in whole floor ,even i pot anti shaking still same ,its not good quality money is not worth it its possible to do something for that i just both oct 4

Worth the price
Super General washing machine is worth the money.Just some advice before use... Remove the screws at the back that hold the drum in place for transport. If not removed, the machine will bounce and vibrate during washing and drying. Machine is sometimes silent in spinning and other days makes some noise but either way one of the better budget washing machines on the market. Would definitely buy again.

Good reliable machine
2 years of use. Absolutely good. People who are complaining about noise, they’ve probably not removed the transportation bolts lol.Its a good cheap washing machine. Go for it.

Very Bad, Didn't even last 1.5 years !!
Bought in April 2023 at almost AED 690.Now Oct 2024... Ready to be scrapped. 😡Drum gets stuck, water leaking from below... Fails to work. Technician says Drum + spider + other tit bits... all needs to be replaced. Repair estimate itself is over AED 350... Out of warranty!Machine was used very well, light family usage only, care was taken to avoid overloading etc etc.. yet the machine just gave up so soon! It's pathetic and frustrating... Decided to sell as scrap for AED 100 & never to get anything from Super General henceforth. Lost faith now. And they charge AED 132 just to visit and review the machine.. all repairs, parts etc will be additionally charged.All the best if you still wanna go ahead with it... For us though... Great for the Price!
Was hesitant to purchase this washing machine. But, after using for more than a year now for my studio flat, the quality is good, especially for the price. No issues or shaking.The only complaint I might have is that it does get a bit loud during spin cycle, but that is expected.

Drying issue Noisy, and it moves from its place when drying
The machine i think wont have a long life span cos this is really vibrating like it moves from place to place when drying, even i put less load, it must have something to keep it stable, i have no idea how to make it stable. It shame that the machine is new
