Only received ice trays. Bucket and the scoop is missing. The trays is good but the parts are missing 😞

Don't expect the ice balls. Just ice, will take more than 8 hours to freeze.

I placed replace request as soon as I saw that the box and scoop were missing. It is highly disappointing that the replaced item had again the same stuff missing. I unfortunately have to use it now since I need it immediately and don't have the patience and time to risk waiting for new replacement. Atleast don't do false marketing and be honest about what the deliverables are.

Quality is good but size too small for grapes shape soap. flexible and leak proof colour softness and appearance doesn’t matter

One of the tray broke, remaining trays will break sooner or later. Reason is the ice is so difficult to remove from the tray, you squeeze it you bang it and you put all your strength. I guess the plastic should have been more flexible to pop the ice effortlessly.

Not good quality. Its hard plastic and not easy to pop anything out. The plastic breaks if you whack it. Not a good idea for anything frozen

This ice tray is super durable and well made. I love the design and how neatly it stacks in the freezer. It feels sturdy and high quality, and definitely holds up well. The only small issue is that it’s made of hard plastic, so getting the ice out can be a bit tricky. It takes a bit of effort, but it’s not a big problem for me. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would recommend it if you're looking for something reliable and solid!

I love this ice cube tray. It fits perfectly in my freezer and makes the cutest "fancy" sphere ice cubes. The tray itself is easy to fill and doesn't leak. It's also easy to pop out all of the ice cubes. The bin is a perfect size and holds about 4 of the trays, which works well for me. I freeze the two trays, pop them in the bin and then refreeze the trays again so I always have ice.

Ordered these for my in room compact dorm refrigerator. Love the little ice spheres that work well in my Stanley while I’m on Chemotherapy. They fit well in the small freezer compartment, I didn’t encounter any spills in the transfer from sink to freezer, the little ice spheres release easily with a quick twist as described in the directions. The lid fits well and I washed before use so no smell detected.
