I spray this on the bottom of my feet. I sleep well.

Non greasy. Not meant for extended use.Effectiveness wears off after a couple of hours

It was very, very sticky. You had to wash it off after 30 min.I would not use again.

One was not tightly secured so it leaked, not too much.

This product does what it says! Somehow it helps me sleep better at night and I haven’t had any leg cramps since I started using it before bed. It does seem to dry my feet out a bit so I yse cream on them in the morning. I put it on just before I go to sleep and I put a light pair of socks on too. I don’t think you have to though.

First off don’t buy this product because they won’t allow you to return it. It says you can return it until you click on going through the process to return it. I honestly think it’s water and when you spray it on your feet and put your socks on wherever you walk there’s greasing grime everywhere. I have no idea what’s in it but it’s disgusting and it didn’t work. The seller will not take a return so I’d think twice before you waste your money.

I have suffered with leg cramps since I was a child. The pain in my jonts have increased ten fold since then. Recently I have been having pain in my neck and right arm. Sleeping has been awful these last 3 weeks. I work with 4th graders all day. So that is enough said about that. I couldn’t wait to spray this product on the bottom of my feet. My neck and arm. I don’t know if it’s supposed to work so quickly, but my pain is definitely not as bad as it’s been. I’m going to give a full week. I hope I’m not disappointed.

Love it and highly recommend it for those suffering with pain. Helps you relax and have a good sleep.
