ITS NOT FOR 10.2 ipad
The description clearly said ‘wall mount for 10.2 inch iPad’ purchased it and my iPad is way bigger than the brackets. I’m so disappointed because it put me at a great inconvenience.

No cords!
Bought this for use of covid questionnaire and to hide all cords to avoid the iPad being disconnected or taken. Perfect purchase.

Very secure and durable. Missing Hardware
We bought 2 of these for our business for visitor check in. Both were able to be unlocked using the same key, not a good security design in my opinion. Very durable and secure, iPad wont be stolen. One of them was missing bolts on adjustable neck had to install our own to fix it. Other than that a pretty good product.
