I recently purchased the AC, and it has exceeded my expectations! The cooling is super fast, and it covers my entire room evenly. It's also surprisingly quiet, which is perfect for sleeping. The energy efficiency is a huge plus, as I've noticed a drop in my electricity bill. Installation was hassle-free, and the remote control features make it very convenient to use. Don’t purchase midea brand
I bought midea 2 ton AC in march 2025 and very disappointed with overall product and post sales service .I bought this because this is brand from carrier and available at lower price so decided to go for it , but unfortunately this brand is no where close to carrier .The technician came for installation and removed entire gas from the AC.Uneven airflow is issue and very heavy and annoying noise is coming.I called the customer care 12 days ago and registered a complaint in this regard but no one help from there side, they technician automatically cancelled the booking. after that i book my concern 3.4 time, call regularly to customer care but no positive response from there side.Worst customer care service and support zero rating company.

Be careful on T&C of 5 year warranty on this AC
The five year comprehensive warranty is joke.There are lot of T&c for this warranty like, registaration within same day of instllation by Paying Rs 99/- else no warranty after 1st year, to be instlled by Mideas Authorized people, Customer has to compulsarily avail Jet Pump Services every year during the 5 year period at the price dictated! by Midea, only only PCB of Indoor unit (IDU) and / or Outdoor unit (ODU), IDU Evaporating Coil, ODU Condenser Coil, Motor and Gas Charging are covered nohting else and Customer is required to pay the visit charges as per the rates in force from the 2nd year to 5th Year. How of us know these rules before buying this product??
