An Unmatched Classic
I first bought this book in the mid 90's. It is packed with clear, great bodybuilding advice and facts. I gave my copy to my nephew a few years ago, and I am so glad I found another on Amazon, I paid more for it all these years later, but it's worth it!

SLICED is the resource for getting ripped!
If you are looking at doing a BB contest or just looking your best at the beach, SLICED is the resource for you. Some of the supplement information is a little outdated and I'm not big on using a lot of recipies but the bulk of the book is solid information on trimming fat and maintaining muscle. An EXCELLENT MUST-HAVE for the serious bodybuilder!

Extremely Helpful
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This book has some very old school ways to do body building. Very helpful and useful information for anyone who is trying to get into the sport. Its also a cook book! So that helps when you are getting tired of spinach and plain chicken every day.

If you follow the tenets of this book and don't get wrapped around chasing the latest gab in the magazines, you will experience great results.

Wanna get lean to the max !
I bought this book with the intention of using it during my cutting phase i plan to start in november as i'm currently on a bulking plan so can't really mention results but the book is full of so much info and way detailed then most fat loss books out there and is aimed at the bodybuilder but i think any gym junkie can use these techniques to get lean as hell !

Buy it!
I'm loving this book!It's more scientific than you can think: aminos,hgh releasers and other supplements are perfectly explained. Be sure that suggested routines are a bit(!!!) overtraining but you can follow them doing 1/2 sets per exercise. There is a chapter entirely dedicated to Ergogenic supplements..really interesting!

Old ideas that are being adopted today
Interesting concepts, that are reflected in todays dietary ideas. Good to get the womens view on it.
