The boxing bag must be filled with an included electric pump with a hole that is designed for said Eletric pump. However, the pump is so weak even when they claim it takes 4-5 minutes. It's more of 2-6 years.The instructions are left very vague. Good luck understanding them.Then there is a separate hole that for whatever reason, decides to be extremely difficult to plug with the includes plug.I pumped it with a separate pump by plugging it with the separate hole but it the airflow out from the secondary hole is too much, even for 1-2 seconds.Disgusting quality. I would never buy something from this company, because their box doesn't have any branding or identifying logos. It is cheap trash made to last 2 weeks so you cannot return it and that's how they make a profit.I will be requesting a refund and purchasing a quality boxing bag that you must fill with sand instead of air.

I've got a five year old with an unfounded obsession with battling and warfare, I'm pretty sure I am raising the reincarnation of Ares at this point. I needed a break from being pelted and beaten with foam weaponry so I ordered this as a distraction / "training dummy."It works great! Filled the base with water then used a mattress inflator to fill up the three compartments (the water-filled base needs to be topped off with air, then the middle stalk, finally the main punching bag area). I am very thankful that I wasn't trying to blow this up manually. Note: DO NOT try to blow this up manually, you'll pass out, it's too much air.When fully inflated it's like an immovable weeble-wobble. Not good for speed-based hits since it has a slow recovery time but great for a kid to slug around, either with or without the included gloves. Speaking of which, the gloves are decently padded, and more like sparring/mma gloves than boxing gloves.I will update this with longevity/durability reports but after a week it's still holding up despite being punched, tackled, and kicked by a frighteningly strong small child. It is sturdy enough -- and tall enough -- to accommodate a teenager as well. (I mean I'm 5'9" and it still is a good height, but it takes too long to get back upright after I hit it).Oh, and if you need to move it around it's got convenient carry handles on the base which are very helpful as it's pretty heavy when full.So far we're pretty happy with it! Would recommend.

i shouldn't have expected something more trainable it seems more fun to use than to actually take serious.

My family and I love to do boxing workouts. We have a heavy bag, speed bag, and two boxing dance pads.One day when we were working out my 11yr old son said I wish they made those blow up boxing things that inusefor adultsThe next day began my quest to find something along those lines and mission accomplished. This is better than what I was expecting.This has a built in pump and is very easy to setup. We had to buy two bags of sand. Once the sand is put in, it pops right back up.It’s great for kickboxing or mma workouts.I highly recommend

The media could not be loaded. I was hesitant at first when I purchased this, because I was worried that it wouldn't hold up with my workouts. I'll give the folks from YORWHIN the credit that the thing is more durable than I thought.... which is why they got 2 stars. However, it will now longer power on for me to inflate after only 3 months of use and 150lbs of sand holding it in place. Now it's nothing but a HUGE PAPERWEIGHT that's taking up space in my workout room.It's funny that it breaks down just after 90 days, and you're having to spend more money on replacing the thing while you are left holding the bag literally. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Just so we are clear, this is a large heavy-duty inflatable. It is not made of the material your standard boxing bags are made up of. It was easy to set up. There was a slight smell. I did not need a heavy bag so this one was perfect. It's easy to inflate and deflate to save space.

This is a very nice punching bag for kids. The included gloves are a very nice bonus. My niece attacks this with vigor and it holds up. She loves it.The only negative is the base is simply air and needs sand so that it will remain in the upright position.
