Highly informative and easy to follow book. I had great success with the first recipe I tried, which was the matcha and strawberry tart, and am looking forward to making more. It’s clear that the recipes are well developed and if followed properly, will yield success on the first try. Well done to the chef and author.One thing to note is that the book mentions that if you are using a standard oven instead of a convection oven that you should add “20C (70F)” to the baking temperatures. You should add the 20C to the Celsius based temperatures and convert from to Fahrenheit because 70F is not an equivalent conversion at all temperatures.

I'm giving you a warning on this purchase. Nearly EVERY tart requires use of very expensive pectin. This was not in any reviews and was not in what was a preview before purchase. Amazon would not accept my kindle return so I am stuck with this book that I will NEVER use. Ridiculous. I purchase so much from Amazon that I am extremely angry that I can't return. There are way too many items that are delivered that are not worth returning because it is costly to do so. I throw away soooooo many items that have been truly misrepresented that this purchase should be allowed to be returned.

This is an excellent book devoted to tried and true delicious sweet and savoury tarts..... I'm not.baker but am working up to make a few!!

I’m not much of a baker, but I like to see details in images when cooking. There are plenty of photos and heaps of secrets you feel like you shouldn’t know. Love Tarts Anon and this book.

I knew this book will be great but it exceeded my expectations! Very informative, full of detailed photographs, I love the language and the creativity of the book's authors.
