The video of installation was different in my 2016 XLT but I was able to figure it out. All works as described. Looks great!

Purchased this for my f150 as i was looking to upgrade from the small 4in factory screen. The installation process was easy and straightforward took less than an hour. everything ran smoothly after installing! Screen is high quality with no lag, The only issue i was having was that the Reverse camera was a-bit glitchy but after reaching out to customer service, they kindly addressed my concern. Kelly was very friendly and quick to respond and in less than a day their engineers were able to troubleshoot the issue and give me a solution to my problem! Now my reverse camera works just like before but with a better and bigger screen! If you are having any issues feel free to contact them! 10/10 would recommend!

I'm impressed with this unit.The install was plug and play, even though the directions are in small print and not the easiest to follow at times.There was a missing cable for the rear view camera but Support was good and shipped me a new one.The steering wheel controls and HVAC integration works amazingly and didn't require any extra setup.The only thing that I can't figure out and haven't asked Support about is how to customize the home screen info and change the temp to degrees Fahrenheit instead of Celsius, even though in the settings I have it set to F and not C.
