Awesome BOSU!!!
I absolutely love this ball… It has been better than I even thought it would be. I bought this as an alternative for a jumping board on a Balanced Body Allegro reformer to mix things up a bit. It fits well and is stable. It comes with bands… But I already have bands and likely would never use them on a balance ball...would use dumbbells first. Overall it is well made and works well. Fun gift for someone that likes to work out.

Bosu ball
Not the bosu brand but does the job the same. Comes with the pump, workout suggestions, and handles/bands for more vigorous workouts. Half the price as the the popular brand from what In saw.

Easy to set up and use
This was easy to blow up and I liked that it included some sample exercises. It wish the plastic backside was textured for better grip when I stand on it for balanced squats, but definitely still doable. It's small enough to slide away in a closet easily, but nice that you can do so many different exercises with it

Gym quality
Quality is great - very similar to what you find at a gym. Easy to inflate.

Great addition to a gym
This has been a great addition to a home gym. I don't use the resistance bands but the ball is strong enough to support me (180 lbs) with weights when doing squats. It works well for doing ab workouts as well.

Decent value
Ball itself is very good quality. Definitely will work for my home gym since it is half the prices of the original Bosu.Didn’t have instructions but easy enough to figure out.The bands are useless. They do clip in well if you turn it and locked them in but they do not have much resistance so I will not use them.

Like the sturdiness of the ball good value for your money what i wanted was more exercises you can do which i got from YouTube this is a new addition to my home gym

Good quality
Exactly what it says it is. Very easy to blow up. Keeps air in. Great addition to my exercise routine. Love the product. Good quality. Easy to add the restraints.

Rigid hard plastic handle frame causes injury
Overall product is nice, however can not use the resistance bands since the foam handle frames are plastic. So when you pull up bands, this hard molded piece hits & Rubs wrist knucles. (Foam handles comfortable as advertized) There is no way to avoid contact of this hard plastic piece against your wrist. So can't use bands without causing painful indents on the skin and wrist knuckle.. What a shame, because overall product seems solid and sturdy. The pump, parts all assembled well. Holds air.
