After seeing newer machines coming with apple car play, android auto, GPS systems, I was looking at my humble magna 750 with contempt.I saw a couple of these on other sites, then after seeing one in person, I made the plunge.Mounting: The device uses a mounting bracket very simular, if not the same to RAM-MOUNTS 1" ball mount set, you can change the angle, buy different attachments, etc that will work for this from them, I purchased a shorter arm to give the whole unit a cleaner lookWiring: It comes with two wires with no connectors, one positive, one negative, You have multiple options hooking this up-Directly into the ignition, which means the unit powers up when the ignition it set to on-OR--Into the battery terminalsBeing that its been hard for me to find an ignition wiring diagram, I opted for the later, I used a fused connection typically used for motorcycle speakers that has an inline switch, a couple crimp connectors, and two ring terminal connectors later, boom, power is to the unitThe Unit:Unit build quality is great, it does take a bit to connect to the phone sometimes, if you are using a Headset, I advise hooking the bluetooth up as Headset(in my case sena) to the unit, then the unit to the phone, as if you hook up both to your phone, when you get a text it will switch the sound to the onboard speaker on the unit itself.Touchscreen works great with gloves, and the rain I've ridden in so far has given me nothing but trust with the units waterproofing, its a great buy, I dont think youll be dissapointed!

The over all quality of this product is that it is made very well. Connecting this product was very easy. The main problem with it is that the second blue tooth connection will just drop for a few min then if your lucky it will reconnect other wise you will need to stop and reconnect. I think that this device is very susceptible to interference from things around you I find that there are areas where I am that the drop happens almost consistently so this may not be an issue with the device. When using the TF card it work great but you can not use the TF card and the map at the same time like you can with Pandora or Spotify. Over all I would say that this item is worth the money paid.

Best purchase ever.

I bought this for use on an adventure bike. Everything physixal about the device is great. The size, the touchscreen interface works with my touchscreen gloves, the installation was relatively straightforward. The downside of this device is the software. It's buggy in that you need to turn your headset and phone on before you turn on the device. If the device loses its connection, it will struggle to reconnect without a power cycle. The only other nit is the Bluetooth range isn't great and I've periodically had it start not playing audio smoothly. For the price, it's not bad.

This is the first time I’ve seen CarPlay tailored specifically for motorcycles, and it’s truly outstanding!The display is vivid and crisp, and CarPlay connects automatically following my initial successful connection. It even features a built-in speaker. However, the most remarkable aspect is that I can pair my earphones via Bluetooth and seamlessly enjoy music through CarPlay. Additionally, I can easily operate the screen even with my motorcycle gloves on. It’s truly incredible!I’m thankful for discovering the SANPTENT Wireless Apple Carplay/Wireless Android Auto Touchscreen for Motorcycle. It’s undoubtedly worth the investment, as every motorcycle rider should have one to prevent getting lost without GPS.
