Terrible and no customer service to contact.
I should of read the reviews. A bottom and top bracket are broken. I had already put it all together so it would be impossible to take apart and put it in the box. I cant move it bc the hooks aren’t latched in.

Gate
The playpen is beautiful, i paid extra to get the one with the gate. However, the gate is hard to open, i should of bought the cheaper option..
