In November the company said they were sending a drain pump and a tech out and to wait for the tracking number. Never happened. Then they blamed me saying it was because I didn’t answer my phone. But I can’t answer my phone at work and the numbers they leave never route back to a human being. They only route to a recording with no voice mail.
