Very poor quality build and complicated return policy
Extremely poor quality build for something that is supposed to hold 15kgs of rice. The lids barely fit, it will never be airtight, thatโs for sure. the insides are all scratched and marked. I had ordered THREE 15-kg storage boxes, they sent me two medium sized and one small sized box. The return is soooo complicated, you need to print out labels, stick them on each box you are returning. I had asked for return but then got message about labels needing to be printed etc. I live in a small place, itโs not easy for me to arrange all this. Now am stuck with these poor quality damaged boxes not even the size i paid for. Extremely disappointed!

This model definitely saves storage space because of its size and shape but the quality of the plastic is not good, the plastic bends and sometimes it is difficult to close the lid correctly because of the bending nature of the plastic. Coming with the wheels helps you to drag the box easily but price is too much for the quality given.
