How dark is the burgundy please?
Hi, I can't make out the numbers on the tube are an expiry date! I brought a tube a year ago, would it still be fine to use do you think please?
Does it work for macarons?
Is this easy to use, the liquid ones in a bottle always drip and ends up a bit messy, want to make a yellow indian mint sauce.

Great icing colour
Works well for adding colour and can also whiten yellow buttercream in small amounts. Lasts a long time as you only need to use a little. Taste appears neutral. Was easy to clean for me.

Not vivid
The colour wasn't vivid. I wouldn't be getting this product anymore. I was really hoping to get a red colour with my buttercream. I had to add and add and add. At a point, I was tired and even added another food colouring paste which didn't make it any better so I just settled for pink or was it peach? Overall, it wasn't bad but I wouldn't be getting this product anymore especially if I'm going with vivid colours.

Very concentrated
Very good and highly concentrated. Only need a small drop to provide a beautiful dark green colour. Nice shade of green and although it’s a forest green it is vibrant and bright. Good value.
