I have been taking Berberine for a while, but this brand just won’t cut it for me. There’s something different about this formulation that’s leaving me horribly bumpy and rashy.I hoping the rash goes away soon! I’ve thrown this out, because it doesn’t work for me.

It is hard to review supplements because they are not a one-size-fits-all and everyone's reactions will be different. That being said, they are easy to swallow, with little aftertaste. I have only been taking them a couple of weeks, but there have been no adverse reactions to them. I feel better knowing I am getting as much as I am from these supplements. While my diet is in no way bad, it doesn't always contain all the good it should. :P

I have recently taken Resveratrol and Quercetin in low dosage daily for the betterment of my health for many months now. I also drink easily 5 cups of green tea every day. Berberine is something that I have not had a chance to take but given that it is known to help with both physical as well as mental benefits this natural supplements provide, I was curious. What I love most about these vegan capsules is that it is loaded with very high concertation of these natural ingredients. I might even go as far as to say it may be too potent. Luckily, they are soluble so whatever my body doesn't absorb, I will pee it out. Each serving is 2 capsules which makes this 60 serving bottle of goodness very affordable. After almost 2 weeks of taking these capsules, I have not noticed any side effects, and hopefully after a month or more I will see the benefits of these capsules. This product is made in the USA.

This is a review for the Ayorish Resveratrol 6000mg Berberine 9000mg Quercetin 4000mg Green Tea, Grape Seed 3000 supplement.Directions are to take 2 capsules daily. The list of ingredients looks super promising. But then when you start reading more into it, some things seem odd. We know it contains Resveratol. But why is red wine listed in the proprietary blend section?I liked seeing that its made in the US within a GMP plant but I do not see anything about 3rd party testing.I haven't had any issues taking it so far, other than the super bitter taste if any of the powder escaped a capsule, so I will continue on. But there are definitely items that need clarification on that label.

There's a lot in these that's good for you. If you don't get the nutrients in your diet otherwise, this is a great way to go to get them. They didn't make much difference for how I feel personally but I've made a lot dietary changes of late. So your mileage may vary. Definitely worth a shot.
