LOVE IT!I bought this lightweight open cardigan specifically because in the picture it seems to be lacking the “wings” in the front that define “flyaway” “open” (that is, non-buttoning) thin, light, women’s jackets. I have purchased at least 20 of those easy-to-wear thin, long-sleeved rayon or poly things in several colors for six years, and yeah, they’re versatile, comfy, usually flattering, machine washable and best of all—inexpensive.But the “flyaway” part of these things, a split V dangling down in the front between your legs like a bifurcated tail might distract the eyes from an unconscious measure of your HIPS, but they also are annoying as heck. I’ve had them get stuck in the seatbelt buckle, droop into the toilet, get stuck in the car door, become entangled in the wheels of my wheelchair, and like neckties on men, they’re food-drip magnets and my toddler grandkids love to grab ahold of them whenever they’ve been eating PBJ sandwiches! I feared this version of the ubiquitous jacket choice for women “of a certain age” would turn out to NOT have a straight hem after all... I am happy to say the hem IS straight.No points at all.Happy happy, joy joy! Now I WILL NOT look like every other 50-something woman. I turned it inside out, tossed it in the machine in warm water with a bit of laundry soap just to get the “sizing” finish and wrinkles out, dried it on low for 25 mins. No shrinkage, and the color is a true red. I have long arms, and the sleeves hit wrists exactly right. Seams are good and tight, nicely serged, so it passes my QC check. So at least brand new, both the design (no flyaway tails) and execution (well made), it’s a 5/5. If it doesn’t hold up, I’ll update. Right now, I’m ordering 3 more in different colors.

This is a nice lightweight cardigan, like a t shirt.Good for when you feel chilly in a restaurant.I bought it for that reason for this summer as they always seem to put us where a vent is blowing cold air! It goes up on the back of your neck nicely.But...it's too long! I am 5'2" and it's past my knees.I just took it to my tailor as I have to have a lot of things hemmed. I did tie it up in front but I rather just wear it open.So I'll like it more once it's hemmed. If you're TALL and want a lightweight summerish cardigan this is cute.

These are wonderful, lightweight cardigans. And the material is soft and drapes well. Of course they were wrinkled coming out of the package but I washed them on gentle cycle drive them just a little bit and then hung them up quite damp and all the wrinkles follow way. Overall a great product. Highly recommend!

I love this style of cardigan as they are very flattering on me. My problem is that the fit through the body and shoulders is fine, but the arms are too tight at the top. It makes the cardigan look really bad. I ordered a plus size and it's apparent that the arms are made for a smaller person. Just a caution that if you're a plus size or have large arms it's not for you.

*Update: Though I am 5ft2 after a handful of washing the sleeves did shrink some. it didn't effect me since my arms are short, but for average height women, these will probably run a bit shorter ( above wrist).* Immediately upon opening the package , I knew I would like the cardigan. It is buttery soft and light weight . It's perfect for layering in the winter and will be great in the spring with a T shirt or blouse . I love the bright yellow color and it will be perfect for Endometriosis Awareness month this March! I am almost 5ft2 and curvy so I ordered a 2X as it's more like a juniors 2x then a women's ( DD chest and I do have a apple bottom ) and it fits very flattering which is hard to find. with my body type the high /low styles fit well and look good. The sleeves fit great and don't ride up, it covers my butt, wraps around well and can close across my chest ! I just tried it on with a light weight knit sweater and it still fit! I would definitely say it's all season but isn't thick enough to use as a warm layer on its own in the winter. I will definitely order more in different colors. I know it looks wrinkled in the picture but I had just taken it out if the package .Hope this helps !

Before I get into the review, I want to stress that this is a lightweight sweater, it's not going to keep you toasty warm in freezing weather. It is going to be an awesome addition to lightweight layers. It fits well, is soft and great for cool fall or spring weather. I wear short sleeves al year round (in the Mid-Atlantic), havent zipped a jacket since 2008 and got the sweat gene from my mom. This sweater is perfect for me. If you're cold year round, this would be great for you in the warmer months or for layering. I liked the first one I bought so much, I got another one in a different color. I may even buy more. I've gone outside in 30 degree weather in it to take the trash to the curb and wasn't cold. I'm always a bit skeptical when buying clothes sight unseen, I like to touch the fabric before I buy it. But these were a pleasant experience. All in all a good buy.

I now have this top in 4 colors (this blue, dark purple, bright red & black). It’s priced right & is super comfortable. I typically wear a black tank with an endless variation of tops that are similar to this style of top, depending on the weather. You can wear these tops with just about anything & they’re stretchy & soft. Can’t beat it!

Love this light and soft cardigan, perfect for summer will probably buy another colour. The neutral beige is a super nice colour.
