Love them
Wow! Exactly the pink I am looking for when I receive them. Comes with two pink poles and a black storage bag. Light weight and easy to put on. Also have heel riser design.

Hard to buckle
The back buckle doesn’t want to stay locked in place. I think it needs a design change. The side buckles go in and release pretty well but the material is stiff. It makes it fairly challenging to get geared up.

Good for the price
Served our needs adequately as we are beginners and go to local metropark trails.Only negative is sometimes the heel strap becomes loose and then is hard to adjust as material gets hard in the cold and is not as pliable. Overall the snowshoes are good especially for the price.

NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS and see update below
I am a light-duty snowshoer, having rented or borrowed shoes in the past, and ready to have my own. Haven't used them yet, they seem like they will do the job fine for someone like me. However, there were NO INSTRUCTIONS for inserting the straps into the ratchet buckle. I inserted the first one incorrectly and now cannot get it to back out of the buckle. I am in the process of trying to find a shop that will repair this situation. I suggest that instructions be included for novices like me.Update February 2023: my son was able to repair the one buckle that I screwed up. Used these for the first time last week. All of the ratchet buckles were continuously coming loose, as were the heel straps. I will not be able to use these as they are. Hopefully my son can come up with solution to the strap issues, if not they are useless and going to the landfill. I notice the price has dropped since I purchased mine last year, still not worth any amount of money if they don't work.

Adequate
These are fine for short hikes , probably will not last more than a season or 2.The poles that come with it are also just barely adequate.

Disappointing
I bought these a year ago, wish I had just returned them then. First of all when I finally got around to using them there were no instructions, it took me 10-15 to figure out how to get my boots in them and then when I started waking every few steps my heel kept coming out of the heel binding. It was such a nuisance at one point the toe part of the crampon completely rotated and had me on my toes almost causing me to face plant into into the snow if it wasn’t for a friend I was walking with and held onto. After that I took them off and finished our walk in just my winter boots and am attempting to try them again this year but I literally don’t know if I’m doing something wrong since there are no instructions or YouTube video for them. DO NOT RECOMMEND! WHAT A WASTE of money!
