I love everything about these resistance bands.Very versatile.Comfortable in the hands.Soft grips.Size is a plus for me.They seem to be very durable but we will see in a few weeks to a few months.Very easy to use.Can be use in many different ways.The Velcro on the straps are amazingly strong as I weigh 226 pounds.Im very strong so with that being said I would highly recommend these bands.Seller is great.Super fast shipping.Priced at a really good deal.I promise you won’t be disappointed.I’ll definitely do a updated video of my progress and the durability and longevity of these bands.From an honest reviewer to you who may be looking for great bands these are it for the money.

High quality bands for therapy or exercise. Easy to use, colorful, and varying sizes and lengths.

Great bands for the price. My only issue, having to hold the handles after a workout, which leaves my hands with a black tone, but when I wash my hands it washes out, it is not a biggie. The bands are labeled by the 10 LBS. 20 LBS etc. Good for stretching and the bands are durable. Good buy!

These bands offer a fantastic workout right at home. The variety of bands provides a wide range of resistance levels, making them suitable for both beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts. I love the included handles, ankle straps, and door anchor which allow for a ton of exercise variations.The bands themselves are high quality and feel durable. I've been using them for about 24hr now and haven't noticed any signs of wear and tear. They also provide excellent resistance for a challenging workout.There's one major drawback: the handles are incredibly squeaky. It's honestly quite distracting and makes me feel self-conscious when using them, especially early in the morning or late at night. However, if you're particularly sensitive to sound, you might want to consider other options.

Previously I was using flat elastic bands for shoulder exercising, which required knots, homemade handles and frequent snapping into unusable pieces. This kit has the right combination of “weights”, the attachment to walls/doors, and very easily attached handles. Very pleased with everything, especially considering the relatively low price.

I'm very happy with these. I was hoping that I wouldn't be disappointed in the quality, since (at the time at least) they were the cheapest option. I'm delighted with them.If I were looking for something to ding them for, they have a strong odor of rubber balloons. I washed them in dish soap and it helped, but I'm still happy with my purchase and intend to have them with me when I travel.
