Each shake packs 30 grams of protein in a compact 11-ounce bottle, which is very efficient for days when I don’t have time for a full meal but want something filling. The taste is smooth and creamy without being overly sweet—closer to a lightly flavored vanilla latte than a heavy dessert.I like that it has just 1 gram of sugar and includes 4 grams of fiber, so it doesn’t give me that sugar rush and crash that some other shakes do. The texture is on the thinner side compared to some protein shakes, which actually makes it easier to drink. I also noticed it mixes well if I pour it over ice or even blend it with a banana for a more filling smoothie.One thing to keep in mind is that the flavor is subtle—if you’re used to sweeter drinks, this may take some getting used to. Also, while it works well as a meal replacement in a pinch, it’s more of a protein supplement than a fully balanced meal.Bottom line: A convenient, low-sugar, high-protein shake with a smooth vanilla flavor that’s easy to drink and perfect for busy days or post-workout recovery.

my grandma used to drink these and I remember thinking...wow, I hope I never get so old that I have to drink my protein...well guess what?? These things are really good. High in protein, stacked with vitamins, and taste amazingly good. Grandma was on to something.

These taste good on ice and don't cause any gastric issues. I ordered the chocolate without added caffeine. Tastes just like chocolate milk in my opinion. I add a little milk and ice since I don't like it as thick. Pricey but good.

Taste was good, just to me did not have a cherrý cheesecake flavor. I am not sure what I was expecting, however, the thickness/texture was good to me. The flavor was not bad. Size was good. Cost is kinda prixey, but overall I feel that the protien shakes were good & the amount of protien per sering was good.

I’m not good about eating 3 times a day so I have one of these for breakfast. They taste good and fill me up. The best part, lots of protein and essential nutrients.

Good high protein drink. It’s not too thick, nor is it gritty. Sold in a convenient and affordable manner.

I was concerned these shakes would taste chalky or medicinal, but I was nicely surprised. My husband and I have been working hard to lose weight while maintaining nutrition, and obviously, more protein is one of the best ways to do that. We've tried a variety of flavors, but for both of us, the chocolate is the best tasting. It actually tastes like chocolate milk. The shakes are low-calorie and high protein, so they do keep you full for a while, but it is my understanding that they should not be used as a full meal replacement all the time. There are other shakes by the same brand that are better suited for that purpose. The individual shake boxes themselves are sturdy and not likely to be crushed and messy as long as you're careful, but we typically pour them into tumblers anyway. We usually don't get tired of the chocolate flavor, but if we do feel a little jiggy and want something different, we use these as a base for smoothies and add bananas or frozen fruit into them. Overall, they're pretty much a staple in our home now.

I buy these on a subscribe and save. They’re exactly like what the supermarket sells except these are so much cheaper to buy. Same quality, same taste it fills you up love the protein. I like the taste of the café mocha. In fact, HEB stopped selling it for delivery. I’m not sure why.I’m glad I can still get it at Amazon.
