Have had many types of sleeves for ankle due to auto wreck 20years ago. This one is the best all around though a little scratchy.

nothing like the decripion on the ADD ?? they are like ankle socks ,very small??

If your size is borderline, it's wise to order the larger size. Also, not to long after I got my order I had an appt. with my foot doctor. He asked me if I had read the latest reports on copper since I had brought them in to show him which I hadn't and he said they recently came out with a new study in the last couple months where they did a study on if I remember correctly over a hundred people and after so many months did biopsies on the foot that wore the copper compression sleeve and on the foot that didn't wear one. The foot with the copper sleeve showed healing of the nerves and many other benefits. Also it needs to be worn long enough to have the foot warm when it is remover. I thought it was important to pass this information on to others

At first I thought I should have ordered a smaller size, but after an hour of wearing, I was glad I didn't. These really feel good and help support my ankles and improve the way I walk
