Living in an area with limited street lighting, safety concerns were always in the back of our minds. Also, the local electric company was gouging us for the ONE street light shining on the parking lot. However, this solar street light has genuinely provided a remarkable solution.Installation was a breeze – the package came with clear instructions, and we had it up and running within 10 minutes per light. **RECOMMENDATION: Goto your local hardware store and buy stronger headlock nails if installed into the wood structure of your building. The sturdy build of the light gives us confidence that it can withstand various weather conditions, which is crucial for an outdoor lighting fixture.The solar panel efficiently charges the built-in battery during the day, and the light automatically turns on as dusk falls. We appreciate the intelligent motion sensor feature that brightens the light even more when movement is detected, but our setting is always on, providing an extra layer of security. The brightness is just right – it illuminates a significant area without causing any light pollution, making it ideal for residential areas. We actually have 3 lights on one side, one in the back, and one in the front corner.One of the standout features for us is energy efficiency. I tested the product before I installed it up on a pole, 20’ high. Waited for the nightfall two days now, and nothing works, no motion working. The remote control doesn’t work. The protective tape over the button fell off on day one. I made a return label and will be returning it back to sender shortly..

What I like about the outdoor waterproof solar streetlight is that with 120,000 lumens and a color temperature of 7000K, these lights provide very bright, cool white light, making them suitable for large outdoor areas and with the solar-powered, these lights are eco-friendly and help save on electricity bills. I appreciate not having to worry about wiring or ongoing energy costs. Also, there's a remote control for adjusting settings and manually turning the light on or off is often praised for its convenience, especially for me who install the lights in hard-to-reach places. What I dislike about it is the large size and weight of the unit can make installation challenging, especially if it's being mounted on poles or high places. and what I don't like that in areas with limited sunlight, the charging efficiency drops, leading to reduced lighting time. This is a common issue with solar-powered devices in less sunny climates. Lastly the battery life is generally good, replacement of the battery after several years might be difficult or costly, depending on the availability of compatible batteries

i bought this to put up in my yard to light it up and to keep the animals out and its so bright i can see from my living room. it was very easy to install and it lasts a long time. ive bought some solar lights and after about 6 months they dont work anymore and you have to throw them away. this one has lasted a long time now. i love their products. i own 3 of them and i am very happy with all of them so far. they are a little heavy to install tho is the only thing.

Bigger than I expected, but very easy to install.

I ordered the smaller version of this 2 weeks ago and it finally arrived. It was an easy setup, I got a 10 foot long 2 inch wide conduit pipe from my hardware store and mounted it on there. And from there I mounted it on my chain link fence pole with U-bolts The first couple of nights it worked great. Nice and bright. So I ordered the larger version.But after about a week of no direct sun I found that the stay on all the time feature is flawed. There is no mode that will have the light shut off until there is motion. Instead the light will go to 30% when idle and full brightness when there is motion. But because of a lack of sun the past few days it doesn't last the entire night.The instructions for the first unit was almost unreadable because of the translation from Mandarin Chinese to English. The new unit is a little better but still incomplete. The picture of the remote is a perfect example. What is the red button for? It's not listed in the instructions.I installed the new light so I will see what happens in a few days once it charges up.According to Okpro the range of the remote is 16-22 inches. That’s inches not feetEdit; After contacting the company it turned out I had a defective light. They replaced the light and now it’s working as it should.
